o2 credit dissapeared!

I topped up my phone yesterday with £10, and used about 5 pounds odd in txts. I had £4 somthing left when i swithced my phone off last night. Today i have just turned it on, to find my credit is at 0.00.

I never ever make calls on it, only use to txt, and usual end up wiht about 0.04 or some random odd number at the end. so how can i find out why it has suddenly gone down to zero overnight. It wotn let me call customers ervices because i cant top up.
Anyone got any ideas or suggestions, this is a discgrace as i havent used the phone its been bloody turned off and i know for a fact i had £4 somthing left over.
Waddle you do eh?

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
  • Why are you paying for texts?

£10-£14 on O2 PAYG gives you 300 free texts.
£15-£29 gives you 500 free texts.
£30+ gives you unlimited UK texts and internet.
