Incorrect. Standard SD goes up to 4GB, SDHC goes from 4Gb to 32GB, and SDXC goes from 32GB to a max of 2TB(dont think you can get them that big yet).
So 4Gb cards can either be standard SD or SDHC, and 32Gb can either be SDHC or SDXC.
Yes you are technically correct - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sd_card -, but I am not sure I have ever seen a 'standard' 4GB SD card for sale, and I believe there may be incompatibility problems on this size of standard card. Hence my original comments to keep things straight forward.
Realistically, you can only get 4GB SDHC cards - but of course one should double check.0
