Please could anyone advise me how to go about getting my daughters phone unlocked from Orange, we are having terrible connection/ coverage problems and also she is on a monthly sim £14.68 each month but its not often the bill is £14.68. (just got a bill for £21.66 which we need to query! Am looking around for another sim only deal that gives her unlimited texts and a limite number of mins of calls for £15 a month max but to do this need to get the phone unlocked.
Not sure how we go about this or how much it might cost (may be cheaper to get a new phone!)
