3 tv's ive seen and my mum wants a new tv up to £300 and these 3 are in that range.

advice please on these, or any others that you may know of for the same price range, 32 inch

They seem to be much of a muchness.

From the 4 I'd probably choose between the Sharp and the Samsung. The Sharp does have an extra HDMI port too.

Avoid the Akura, the Samsung and Sharp are both good choices in my opinion. Not sure about the Hitachi, it looks like a decent TV but I personally preferred Samsung for features, performance and reliability when I was selling TVs in Currys a year ago.
