    Morning one and all.

Having a lazy at home day today. Have written my jobs in my diary to be completed today. Haven't put too much in there as it will only demotivate me but if I get everything done I will be pleased :D

Sat up late last night and did some dooyoo reviewing as I am remarkably close to my next £50 payout, so my aim is to get that withdrawn before the end of the month.

Back on a diet today , have a mini challenge with P on here :D. So have started the day actually having breakfast which I never seem to do. Was nice actually to sit down at the table with my little girl, so my aim now is for every meal where me and DD are together for us to sit down like a little family.

Right first major job about to begin and that is declutter my wardrobe. I am getting rid of anything I haven't worn for 12 months and a lot of my old trusty clothes which I seem to have worn for years. Plus I have a lot of random bits in there which I just wedged in when we moved.

Hope you all have a good day :D

How close are you? Technically I've 'retired', but I'll log back in to help a Doodle ;)

Well, that's what the MSE m@fia are for :D I still remember the disgust expressed by the Dooyoo 'community' when MSE Martin featured the site in one of his weekly e-mails. Apparently the money making motives of existing members were somehow less mercenary than the new members? :p

    hola chica!

you've inspired me to clear my clothes as well.... things not worn in 12 months, things not likely to be worn again and things that should never see the light of day again xx

Well the wardrobe is cleared and now considerably emptier. I really need to start building up a new wardrobe so will look for some bargains in the sales and will start to mooch around on Ebay again. No intention of spending a small fortune on much as obviously as I lose weight (I WILL) then I will need smaller sizes :D

I have set myself some goals which are basically around me wanting to be at a certain weight and dress size by my holiday in July :D

I haven't yet got an exercise plan on the go, which I really need to do. I am fortunate enough to have a treadmill and a Wii fit at home so I have no excuses.

  • definitely not.... tut tut tut.....

Always good as well, where you can, to get out and about when exercising as well. Helps work different muscles to be on different inclines etc which are pre-programmed and you cant just "skip".....
Speed walking is good, esp with arm weights and ankle weights, then of course you go move on to jogging..... aerobics exercise I always feel more comfortable with when indoors.... I manage to acquire some moons ago a Mr Motivator VHS (and therefore have had to retain vhs player!) and it is honest to god the best aerobic work out tape/dvd ive ever done....

Just goes to show, the oldies are the goldies xx
