Thanks Hypno you bought a tear to my eye :o

I will come over this as I determined my daughter will not go through another move and being unsettled.

If it means I have to work 15 jobs then I will. Problem is being a single mum I am very limited what I can do.

Have a feeling I will doing all those little things that add that I used to do when debt busting again.

Going to spend the night brainstorming my miraculous plan :D

No, you are not very limited in what you can do. All those little MSE things that you used to do (and is it so bad that you have to revisit them?) can be done from home and to fit round DD.....ebaying, matched betting, scratchcards, free bingo when available, surveys, quidco bashing, etc etc etc.....

And just remember, things could be worse - you could be one reduced income, with loads of debt. As it is, you have one reduced income, with NO debt.

Would it be soooo bad if you had to change the car? Would that unsettle DD? No, of course it wouldn't - it would just be a different car. Might be worth thinking of things like that which won't be an issue for her at an early stage so that you can be practical about the ways in which you will be able to keep the house, which would unsettle her more.

I totally agree the car will be the first thing to go should it need to. As much I love it, it is only a car.

Hoping that some balancing and hard work I can keep both but if not the car goes.

Thanks LittleMiss. I am actually quite chilled about it now. Got all the anger out of my system. Helped that on Friday I was told about a new opening at the same level that I may be able to apply for. So I am very much on the onwards and upwards path now :D

It's an absolutely beautiful day here today so me and DD will be mainly pottering about and playing in the garden :D

Thanks SH it's a crazy situation but unfortunately one so common where I work

I have decided the best way to make up my short fall is on Ebay as I have the stock so I am just about to sit down and start listing :)

Thanks SH that doesn't surprise me. 90% of the time its the best place ever but that other 10% is sooooooooooooo

I am merrily ebaying tonight whilst watching Harry Potter and getting quite a bit on :D

Am off to the car boots in the morning to try and grab some bargains I can sell on too hopefully.

Morning one and all :D it's another beautiful day here in Doodledo land. We have been up since 6am so I feel very perky this morning.

I am now to be known as frugal lady. Have decided its time to be frugal, control my money and stop wasting it!

I have been to the car boot this morning with DD and bought a few bits I can sell for profit on Ebay. Also managed to get a few nice bits for DD to wear in the summer. With a wash and iron noone would know they were second hand.............I am not proud...........I am not proud lol.

Have done a load of washing on 30 and it is now drying in the garden. Yes apparently the sunshine can do the same thing as my tumble dryer :rotfl:

I even went to Aldi yesterday for my shopping, it was an experience but got some nice bits.

    I CAN do this!!
