i recently bought a sd card for tocco lite but its not registering when its in the phone
Do i need to configure the card or is it just faulty?

What size card is it??Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
2gb memory card0

Tocco lite can take upto 16GB so that size of card should be fine.
You probably need to format the card in the handset. This can normally be done from the file explorer on the handset0
