LOL my head doesn't hurt this morning because it doesn't take that much wine to make me that silly. Have lost my glasses though and am practically blind without them...OH is looking for them whilst I refuse to get out of bed.
Am planning an NSD today but as it's December I guess I better get myself back over to that thread and I shall see you all here in a couple of days
Am very relieved that in my inebriated state that I didn't ask to renew with 31 days!0 -

I've bought some little envelopes for my son ....and putting the snack money in, £1 a week for the full term (so it's like one bigger spend rather than lots of little spends - it will stop me forgetting as well Bonus!!). My other son takes his snack money daily.... I'll do this once a week now, on a day that I am spending anyway, so that it classes as a spend just once and not five days a week! Excellent strategy :T.
.... credit union account (unless anyone can suggest a better account than that?) Not a clue but have you asked on the banking forum?
I have a friend who can refurbish my kitchen and bathroom relatively inexpensively - both are in dire need! mine toobut the folk I'm hoping to visit are not in the best of health. One thing in my favour was the Family clubbed together & bought all the bits needed to service my car as my :xmassmile prezzie & hopefully their mechanic mate can fit it in between lousy weather before returning to w*rk next week :j .... I might save on one bed, though, as my older son is due to be assessed by Occupational Therapy for a bed that rises at the top end, which he needs because of his disabilities. Fingers X, tho I do think social serves are pretty good with things like this.
So as well as the NSDs, I'm hoping to save some cash and make some improvements around our home. Ambitious or what! Brang ittorn Sissta
Wish me luck!Goddit!
Looks like we are filling up nicely again & the more the merrier sez I! Please remember too, to give a heads up if you see anything that might be of use to the rest of us; I'm always on the look-out for money saving ideasFull time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Can I go down for 10 days please? Want to try and exceed that but not done it for months so wanted to start with something achievable!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -
