I had my second NSD today :j I took sarnies for lunch and turned down a trip to the shop, because I know I'll spend money if I go.

Tomorrow will be a spend day, but I consider it a baragin night out: free meal for 4 at Revolution, followed by 2 for 1 Orange Wednesday at the cinema, followed by free entry to club night courtesy of OH's friend with cut price drinks :rotfl:

OK...how do you stop the fruit going weird-looking & yeuky--I know lemon juice is involved but do you just sprinkle it on or what  I never can get it right  Plus--what is Gloucester Pie & can you share the recipe please :p
....had a disaster this morning! We woke up to no water, so we couldn't put the heating on either....We were freezing, so we went out for breakfast. it kept us warm and meant that we could have drinks as well.

The water was back on by lunchtime, though - but not a NSD!
 I think you really had no option on this one & it's not like you had many alternatives :o
It's like having to pay for fares etc for hospital appts or getting a prescription--not everything can be planned so please don't be too hard on yourselves. My personal thinking is, providing I don't buy a magazine while waiting for the train to work or a posh soap in the chemist when I'm getting my pills, then it's still an NSD. Similarly with posting things you've sold; presumably the buyer is paying P&P so effectively you're just dropping it off at the post office. Just my 2 penny-worth...& of course it is entirely your decision as to what you want to include in your Challenge.

PLEASE keep your fingers x as I am having all sorts of problems at the moment. People have been left off The List when I could have sworn I'd added them, & today I had to hunt for you as my sub didn't appear in my in-box  Guess the gremlins are hiding in my pc while it's soooooo cold outside :D

Well it wasn't meant to be...but has turned out to be NSD No 3:rotfl:- my Tesco shop was due tonight, but they've cancelled it due to the awful weather in Redditch (where the store is) - have arranged for it to be hopefully redelivered on Thursday night!

Home early as DSs school closed at 2.30pm. Certainly don't intend to go anywhere tomorrow (except school run..maybe?)....so will hopefully have NSD no 4!!:T
