day 2 of nsd for me. Was going to go shop after kids swimming lessons but we decided to have an easy beans and egg on toast for tea today and finish off our bargain whoopsie apple pie so I didnt take my purse with me in case tempted.

2 days out of 4 NSD :j

i've only had one nsd so far. i couldn't count jan 1st as i bought myself a takeaway after nye and yesterday i bought myself enough shower gel to last me through uni (that should cut some future nsds!). and today i gave in and treated myself to some new jewellery in the lady luck rules ok sale (it was 50% off! i couldn't resist :rotfl:) i'm hoping to make up for it this week though. got some free cinema tickets for thursday so that's all good, and as i really need to spend this last week of hols doing uni work and sorting my room i should be able to rack up a few nsds.

im on 2 so far, should get a few in over the coming days as really dont have much cash at all till the 11th when student loan comes in - but in a lot of ways, therein lies the real challenge - keeping the spending low to allow for a summer of costs... new house, so deposits/ admins stuff / furniture etc.

I am also on 2 for the moment - hoping today will be another one! I hope to finish on Sunday with 7 taking into account the 2 I already have. I know we are going out on Friday night so that will probably be a spend day!

I am also on the £100 clothes challenge for 2010 - it really helps as I question anything I pick up as to if I want it enough considering I only have £100 for the year - that really has helped me - I have not bought anything in the sales!

Sunday brought me up to 3 NSD however yesterday was a disaster!!!!!!!!! - hopefully I should not need to spend for the next week or so to make up for it.

I know I'm a little late, but could I join please? It's the first time I've tried the challenge and I'm going for 12 NSD, until pay day on the 25th. I was going to say 8, but I feel like I've cheated a little as I've already had 3 NSD since the 1/1/10 which I'll include. I was hoping for another NSD today, but I've realised I forgot to buy more toilet roll in my big shop on Saturday...grrrrrr!
