3rd NSD (from target of 11) today
I was very tempted to head back to Mr M before they closed, as there were looooaaaads of Jam Donuts to be reduced - but I looked at the couple of Stollen and mountains of Mince Pies (plus lakes of cream) I still have in, and decided the lure of the donuts wasn't worth the walk in the fresh (albeit very little) snow :rolleyes2Cheryl0 -

I was going to have a NSD today - but had a disaster this morning! We woke up to no water, so we couldn't put the heating on either. Luckily, one of my kids was back at school today and the bus picked him up at 8.10am - he has special needs and several health problems, including not being able to breathe properly when the air is cold. So sending him to school was great for his health today, as I couldn't warm the house for him.
My other son isn't back until next week and my daughter had just walked to work and back for a one hour shift - in thick ice. We were freezing, so we went out for breakfast. it kept us warm and meant that we could have drinks as well.
The water was back on by lunchtime, though - but not a NSD!0
