I was hoping someone might know the answers to the following...
1. Do Boots accept make up returns?
2. What happens with returning items on a 3 for 2 offer? Do you have to return all 3 or can you just return 2?
Thanks
Sarah

1. They should have a seal on them, which would need to be in tact
2. Think about it!!!!.....0 -

The boots 3 for 2 return is confusing.
Say i have these 3 items:
1. £4.00
2.£3.00
3.£2.00
So, its £7 for the 3 items as the £2 one is free.
What would they pay you for returning an individual item. (1,2 or 3):AQuidcoCodes

Yes they do accept returns, yes they do take back the advantage card points and yes you do have to take back the 3 items! Otherwise they would only give you a refund on one item!
i.e - you purchase 3 x £10 items and you brought back two you would get a £10 refund.:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

Have a look on the Boots website, I'm sure cosmetics are excluded from return for hygiene reasons but their t&c's will confirm.
You have to take back all 3 items, you cant return 2 for a full refund and keep the free item.0 -
If you took back one item, it might have been the "free" one - so you would be due nothing.
It might have been the medium price item - in which case, theoretically you could be due the difference between that and the cheapest.
However, it would be difficult to prove that the item you wanted to return was actually purchased at the time of a particular purchase.0 -
Says in my local store that all 3 need to be returnedDamned if you do.....Damned if you don't !?!0

I always wondered how it would work if, say, you did a HUGE shop and got a whole load of points, spend your points on something you wanted, then wanted to return something that you had gained points on - how would they remove the advantage points??

Exactly!
There should be the general terms and conditions on the back of an advantage card. Luckily i dont ever need to take returns to boots because they are always good quality!
If anyone knows the answer to this i am also intrigued...:AQuidcoCodes
