I heated mine with the left over sausage and bacon rolls and stuffing and piled it on a buttered muffin.
yum yum christmas dinner butties, kids loved it too might do it next year with a bit of gravy too.

Been in the Scrum at the sales and then had turkey curry and chips at Mum's house. We've done the same thing for the past 20 years.

Turkey stir fry for the boys (with the gravy instead of sauce) with a bit of cranberry sauce on top.
leftover turkey meal for me and DH.
carcass gets stripped for the dog.
