Jessops 8' digital photo frame help please

Just bought this one and it will not read my camera card which is even like the one in the photo on the website a sandisk ultra II sd 15mb 4 2gb sandisk it says and on the back it has 9 bits of gold lines but it won't read it can someone help me please?

It looks like you have either a faulty memory card or a faulty frame.
If your card still works with your camera then it does suggest that there could be a problem with the frame. You don't have another card you could use do you? That would answer the question. I can't really offer much useful advice because I bypass this method of storage altogether by transferring all my images directly from my PC to the picture frame's internal memory.
I suppose you could try giving the contacts a wipe in case there is a bit of dirt there but be careful when doing so and use a clean piece of cloth or you may make things worse.0 -
