Blackberry 8900 and instant email withTMobile

I have a BB 8900, with the BB booster from tmobile but cannot seem to get emails instantly, called tmobile who told me to take out sim and battery, put batterty back in, turn on phone, take out battery and then put sim and battery back in, i still did not receive emails instantly.

Been on the tmobile help site on my phone and it seems i have to keep on sending services books to my phone to receive emails and if i dont, it takes about 30-45 minutes to receive emails

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

i have done that already and called up tmobile too which is y i have asked here as a last resort

I have a Blackberry Bold on Vodafone. If I use the [EMAIL="name@mobileemail.vodafone.net"]name@mobileemail.vodafone.net[/EMAIL] address, email delivery is pretty much instant. If I use my regular, none Vodafone address, delivery takes up to 20 minutes.

Blackberry phones are quite limited on BIS as far as email and calendar / contacts is concerned.

Thanks Tilson, I have just spoken to someone else from techinical department who has just informed me of the same
