I was all set to start listing the bathroom stuff....

then I found a bag in the shower that had another 6 out of date (so cant really use them for presents) lush packs from last years grab bag sale....

So this is the start of it (bearing in mind that Im going to have to open all the Lush sets to see if theres anything that I can give away though I will more likely ebay them as I dont agree with one of the Lush standings that they came up with a couple of months ago,I swore not to shop there again, and all my mates know that I dont,so I cant really give it to them in case they think I have!!!)
I also havent split things into smalls and bigs of each - but I have hardly any tiny things as I tend to decant the bigger pots out.

    6 lush sets.
    1 Foot powder
    1 Cooling leg gel.
    [STRIKE]2[/STRIKE] 1 Deodorant
    [STRIKE]3[/STRIKE] 2 Body Spray
[STRIKE]5[/STRIKE] 4 Bubble Baths (one of those is made up of 4 open ones and is now a really interesting colour...)
    [STRIKE]10 [/STRIKE] 3 Bath Bombs
    [STRIKE]3[/STRIKE] 2 Body scrubs
    [STRIKE]15[/STRIKE] 14 Shower Gels
    [STRIKE]6[/STRIKE] 4 Shampoos
    [STRIKE]6[/STRIKE] 5 Conditioner
    2 Hand squeezy soap
    25 Bars of soap
    3 Nail Varnish Remover
3 Perfumes (to add to the ones in my bedroom already listed!)
    2 Sun block
    1 Aftersun
    5 Facial Scrub
    [STRIKE]4[/STRIKE] 3 Hair remover cream
    [STRIKE]3[/STRIKE] 2 Body Lotions
    2 Handcreams
    2 toothpastes
    [STRIKE]3[/STRIKE] 2 packs of wipes

Finished another shampoo, so only 3 bottles left. Managed to stay away from Boots, I work in a shopping centre and actually walked round the outside of the centre so I didn't have to walk past Boots on my way to the bus stop!

OK, I've not given in, I have not replaced anything that doesn't need replacing, nor bought anything at all.....

...but, I did just get talked into a booking a facial...or rather a three for two series of facials. I don't NEED these, but hoping its not a fail for the following reasons:

    1. I was going to book one and an eyelash dye for a confidence boost for something I have coming up. I was also considering eyelash extentions for this, but will now not have them.
    2. I'm aware, as a dieter, that I need to look at prevention rather than cure for any excess skin issues....and this will be my fist anti aging style facial, as opposed to deep cleansing or general poofing....
    3. I'm actually quite chuffed with how I'm looking, for the first time in ages. This is a feeling I want to grab hold of and crry with me through life.
    4. I still didn't go in to boots! ;)
  • Hi ladies hope your ok, freyasmum i read in a mag that dry shampoo is great for when you want to add height to a hairstyle when combined with backcombing and have used the method myself.
I reckon im gonna do two lots of paint your nails days a week to stop me getting bored with the colour.
Also been reading the boots thread, lots of very bitter people on there , so glad ive taken up this challenge lol. I did nearly stumble today poped into tkmaxx and the toiletries were beautiful, but i quickly moved away to what i actually went in for ski/ winter jacket with hood.
Well see you later gonna have sausages , egg and chips for tea tonight yummy.

    Nab

    xx

:oSorry love, I did weaken but only £9 worth which is progress for me:o
I think I can control my lift and luminate obsession as I stumbled across a stash of
various bottles, tubes and jars of illuminating stuff. If I put a dab of everything on at once I could rival the Blackpool illuminations, well , Southend anyway:o

Finished another nail varnish today. Is it cheating if you keep going for the items that seem to have the least in them?

IMO, its not a replacement if its a new colour...VERY different to any you currently have and you will wear it, but it is a bad buy if its withing a few shades/tones of a current one. Also I think you should try the tester and go outside and look at it in natural light. I have a beauitul very pale gold I adore, but on me it simply looks bilious, slightly green and like I need a lift to the hospital. I adore pale sparkly colours and its hard to accept they don't suit me, but its also stupid to keep buying them.

Edit: oops, miss read, thought you were considering buying one. But opinion stands for all those making impulse nail polish purchases. FWIW I don't think I've ever finished a nail polish...

Not at all, in fact it's to be encouraged because that will reduce the clutter faster and you will feel great seeing fewer bottles and jars and tubes on the shelves!! :T

Also my Avon order will arrive this week, but it's a much needed new lipstick for me and some hair detangling spray for dd with is cheaper than the L'Oreal one.
