So in other words, you know that I'm correct, and that you're talking out of your !!!!. But you don't want to appear stupid.

    Oh absolutely.

Why not nip out to Tesco and run someone over in their car park and see if you can carry on your life unaffected. Go on, go now, I can't wait to hear about the result of your efforts.

I'm waiting for you to tell me what the specific offence is. After all, you're the one who appears to believe that Zebra crossings may be found off the highway.

Why would I want to kill somebody with a car park zebra crossing? Would it fit in my pocket?

I knew this would be your response. You're very predictable. I reckon you should take a cycle ride, remember not to wear hi vis, a helmet, or lights.

Another person who doesn't appear to be able to back their argument up with facts.

So go on, please, do tell me—what is the specific offence mentioned in the above Acts of Parliament, which relates to a so-called "Zebra crossing" off the highway?

I will not be responding further to your postings as I consider that you are a wind-up merchant. I would politely suggest that others on here give you a similar wide berth.

Ah I see. If you can't support your argument with fact, resort to ad hominem attacks and flounce out of the room.

What argument, I thought you were just making a childish remark about fitting a zebra crossing into your pocket?

Come on, two people have now challenged you to attempt to get away with killing someone whilst they use a zebra crossing. Why not back up your argument with action? When the police come knocking you can just tell them it wasn't a real zebra crossing.
