I was sorry to read that thedaz22 missed out on some of our sale deals, however I can assure you that all our advertised sale deals were genuine offers and all of our stores had stock available as of the start of our sale at 10am on Sat 26th. As you can imagine, stock has sold extremely quickly at these prices and we literally had customers queuing out of the door - even before we opened! - meaning some of our stores have now unfortunately sold out on certain lines..

Unfortunately we are unable to transfer stock between branches due to the high costs involved. However, your local store should certainly have some comparable deals available. Of course, if you are still in the market for a TV then please contact me and I will do my best to help.

On a final note I’m pleased to confirm our “0333” phone numbers aren’t premium rate numbers. They are charged at the same rate as standard 01 and 02 phone numbers, and are even included in any bundled airtime for mobiles and landlines.

John, good to know that firms like yourself are in touch with the public, and you know/care what we feel,as everybody knows the great thing about you guys is the warranty, only john lewis can touch you with this, and after going to your store, not finding the deals that i had set my heart on, i now find myself going to john lewis ( along with many others) you mentioned that if you could help, is it poss that we could purchase these deals from the warehouse, many thanks
