So a 4gig usb stick is more than adequate as long as Windows 7 can be installed from it ?
Just found a video on utube about how to replace the cd/dvd drive. Might go that route.......0 -
My dad's Vostro 200 DVD drive failed, replaced it with a Pioneer I got on ebay for £12. I think Dell DVD drives are a bit dodgy tbh.0

Is there a cheap replacement for the dvd drive (HL-DT-ST DVD+- GSA-T11N ATA)? They seem to be in the £40 area on ebay.0
