I have decided that Folksy needs to be better publicised.
I recently found it, and have been blown away by the quality and variety of lovely things for sale. (and I've made 3 purchases in as many days).
So, I've posted a link and some positive feedback on another forum I use.
Can I please ask that you all try to do the same?
I think our British talents and small businesses need to be supported, especially in the current economic climate.
If we all talk more about Folksy it could become the crafty equivalent of ebay.

It would be great if it did newleaf, just wish they promoted it more. It seems you only know about it if you sell there which is a shame

I've been trying to promote folksy too. I'm considering starting a dedicated folksy thread on the here so people can talk about buying & selling on there, and ask any questions. Does anyone think that might be a good idea or does it sound a bit pointless?
