look forward to hearing from you soon
Hi, its a really addictive hobby to get into, you should give it a go. How about buying a starter kit from ebay - something like this you will need pliers too so maybe buy them separate or just have a look on ebay for jewellery kits and see what comes up?You can stand there and agonize........

Evening allsorry not been around much this weekend, been very busy with clearing front & back garden & tidyin the house top to bottom & then yesterday I decided to crack on with sorting the area out just off the kitchen where the washing machine is....my back has been giving me so much pain doin all this but hayho I'm not going to let it beat me.....I'm so happy with what I have got done & hubby helped also with sorting the kids toys out yesterday (I hate that job!)
I've posted pics on my blog of the room I've redecorated if you'd like a nosey. I was thinking I wouldn't get any crafting done today but I have had my sewing machine out to adjust a curtain & make a curtain & tie-back so I have done without even realising!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Some lovely items here ladies.
I had a mammoth earring making session on Easter Sunday, 95 pairs of Swarovski earrings later eeeek
Due to a bereavement last week, I haven't been in the mood for making stuff, but I had a sale from the site on Saturday, and thought that I would remake the fimo bracelet sold, and while I was at it yesterday, made a load more beads, and 15 bracelets and 22 pairs of earrings later....
Well I do have a 2 day event coming up in less than a month, so need it all for then0 -
wow Jo that's a mamoth session (sorry to hear about your loss)
I've been making some nautical items, and something a but different in a necklace with a fish. Sounds a bit wierd but after a couple of attempts I'm really pleased how it's come out. I'll take pics later and post here.
What I'm finding now is that my stock is increasing A LOT and I'm not selling half as much as I'm making.0 -

Ive not added any more to my Folksy shop as its not selling, I just dont think enough people know about Folksy or Etsy. Ive been selling my wee teapots and pendants on ebay. Ive managed to sell 13 of them. They dont sell for much but im slowly making my money back for the Fimo ive bought and I love making them. I put them on ebay with a low starting price so I dont have to pay listing fees.
Ive been making some Fimo beads and have made another mem wire bracelet, ill post pics on my blog later as I dont have a photobucket account.
I love your stuff Yukki, keep at it and im sure more will sell.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Thanks and good luck with your teapots. I think ebay would just depress me too much.
I am going to give it a year. I enjoy making the jewellery anyway, so it's just getting my name and style out there.0 -

Afternoon all
Well another day of clearing but I can cope because I can now see the top of my landing, its only took over a year to do!! I can't beleave how much rubbish I got rid of  At one point I ventured into the atic & started there too but had to stop myself, thats another day!
My back & hip is hurting so much now but I'm going to cope with it & keep thinking about how nice it is to see the carpet on the landing :rotfl::rotfl:I've told the kids & hubby there is 'No' putting things down on the landing now, everything must go away to its home....wonder how long that will last for!? :rotfl:
I've promised the kids a crafting day tomorrow & no clearing out, Alex has asked if we can do some painting tomo so that will be funI'm going to make sure I have some time with my beads, its been 5 days now since I last got chance to play & I'm starting to get withdrawal symptoms :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hope everyones had a good dayx

Wow, you've made loads! Do you do many events? I'd love to do one myself but it's quite hard to even find anything where I live despite being in the south east.
Talking about Folksy, I'm considering opening an account. I know it isn't a really well known site, but neither was Esty when I opened my first shop but I've done quite well on there. Does anyone think it might be worth it as a long term thing? Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
Crafty JuJu -relieved its not me who's drowning in clutter and 'stuff'.........................lol
Must make an effort tomorrow morning -plumber coming (or might be Thursday)and he'll never find his way to radiators let alone fix them.................lol.
Must get more organised so things get done;)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
