Still waiting for my starter kit, I keep emailing them but get no reply. Not sure if I will be able to do the challenge this time now.:(
Where's the cheapest place to get fimo/sculpey from, I'd love to have a go at making some things with it.
Hope every1 is having a fab weekend, we have been making fathers day gifts as the oh has been fishing

Hi the cheapest is definentlt eBay unless you know anyone in the states. You can also buy it from craft celler.co.uk she has loads of good stuff. I'd recommend a starter kit with loads of colours to play with. I started with the basic kit with 9 colours, tool and a small gloss, I think it was £12 or £13. I'm still using most if and the gloss and I make loads. I find mixing it with White makes it go a lot further.

I have had a great jewellery day today :D

I made a memory wire bracelet and mobile charm for my friends Mum whose birthday it is tomorrow. Hopefully she will like them :D I also think I might use the bracelet for the challenge, but I am struggling to take a picture of it! My camera just does not seem to like this bracelet, all the pictures come out blurry!

I also sold my first item today :D WOOHOO! :D Im not actively trying to sell anything so it was a nice surprise :D My auntie had seen a pic of a bag charm I did and when she came round today she said she would definately order one next time I make some, so I said well you can buy that one if you want! I told her £3 but she gave me £5. :D

I also won some pre-drilled scrabble tiles on ebay last night so I cant wait for those to arrive!I am going to do a whole range with them! Starting with a necklace just for me hehe I have wanted one for ages so the fact that I can make one myself is amazing!

Right I best go. My Oh just rang me. Hes not into football but with it being world cup and england decided to watch the football at home with his brothers. He just rang to say he is bored rigid and can I go and get him please hahaha he also said.... I dont understand how people can watch this every week, they must have really low IQs!... hahahaa really made me giggle!

    Hi!

Was at a fair this weekend and saw some lovely handmade jewellery and now I want to get into it. Will see how I go but mainly for myself/for presents and maybe then selling eventually.

Any tips on where to start - I'm a COMPLETE beginner?

Also anyone fancy posting their websites so I can have a browse!

    TIA

on eBay there are 2 listings ending in 7h seller is bargainartistshop both these kits are great bargains, especially the first one with the block of 10 25g blocks for £7.00 odd.

Meant to say this is fimo, I've never used sculpey. Search for fimo 25g
