Lovely jewellery everyone :). Re folksy prices, the most expensive thing I've sold was £14.99, so I don't think you're overpricing at all, especially for sterling.

    You're sooo lucky Jo!

Yukki, I hope you don't mind but I've nicked a picture of a lovely bracelet you've made and edited it a bit. I've shown both versions below so you can see what has changed. It's really easy to do, so if that's a bit more like what you're after I'm happy to explain how to do it, you don't even need any fancy software.

    Brilliant stuff !:T
newleaf -love the colours used with the silver :T

Lost myself for an hour (was it two?) in a little shop in Worthing last week...........was very tempted to buy some little jewellry making 'kits' but think I'll hold back till next year and stick to my rigid budget (or at least try to)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    Thanks peeps :o
I used a mixture of ruby red, black, haematite and clear crystal with silver coloured bead caps and focal bead. It looks much nicer in real life, but for some reason I couldn't make the camera focus this afternoon - took about 40 pics, and that is the best one lol!
After getting home I knocked up another necklace (get me!) fairly simple this time, with some animal print plastic beads, brown faux pearls, bone, and shades of gold and amber. I'm quite pleased with it. Will post a pic after I've eaten me tea :)

Nichelette, that's a great trick with the photo edit - would you please let us all know how to do it? :)

I feel like a bit of a fraud because I've barely done anything lol. This is a condensed version of what I sent Yukki, but basically all you need to do is get some photo editing software and adjust the exposure of the photo by increasing the brightness. That's it! The best program I've found for this is windows live photo gallery. I tried gimp but it doesn't work as well. If anyone gets stuck let me know and I'll try and help.
