http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bosch-100-Piece-X-Line-Accessory/dp/B000P4KRTU
please can someone tell me what the Arbor and hex keys are for? I cant figure out how to use these?
(the hex keys are all circular with a screw nut in the centre various sizes - they are not allen keys)
also how does one attch the 32/38/45/54 holesaw sizes to a drill?

You answered your own question. The holesaw fits onto the arbor and the arbor goes in the drill.
Cheers
thanks i will have a look into how they fit together....
but what are the different circular rings for, under the hex key label on the box? a small key fits the screw nut in each ring, of different sizes 10/8/5/3 mm..0 -

Sorry I don't know - I can't see them. Thats why I didn't address this part of your previous post but they might just be for the arbor to accept the different sized holesaws. But I'm clutching at straws a bit as I can't see them.
Cheers
The Bosch 100 Piece X-Line Accessory Set consists of the following-18 HSS-TiN metal drill bits dia.1-10mm, 7 TC masonry drill bits dia.3-8mm, 7 wood drill bits dia. 3-10mm, 3 flat drill bits, titanium, dia.16/22/32mm, 40 screwdriver bits L=25mm, 1 of each:PH 0/0/1/1/2/2/2/3/3/3, 1 of each:PZ 0/0/1/1/2/2/2/3/3/3, 1 of each:SL 4/4/6/6/7/7, 1 of each:HEX 3/4/5/6, 1 of each:T 10/10/15/15/20/20/25/25/30/40, 8 socket wrenches 5/6/7/8/9/10/11/13mm, 4 depth stops dia.3/5/8/10mm, 4 HCS holesaws dia.32/38/45/54mm, hand screwdriver, diameter gauge, torch, countersink bit, water level, allen key, magnetic universal holder, adaptor for socket wrench, adaptor for holesaw.
So Arbor = HCS adaptor.
by elimination i guess the circular rings with the screw nut are the 4 depth stops dia.3/5/8/10mm??
how are these used?0 -

They sound like depth stops for drills. You slip them over a drill bit to the depth you want and tighten up the screw. Then you you drill down, the stop lets you know when you've reached the depth you wanted. For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0 -

I'm too late - Keith has answered it already.

thanks, never used them before but useful to know!
They're quite handy actually, e.g when drilling in masonry so you don't waste time drilling too deep and have your rawlplug disappear into the cavity, or when making dowel joints in woodwork so you drill exactly half the dowel length in each side of the joint. For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0 -
in order to get everything right in my bosch set i notice the "x" screwdrivers with two types - PZ# and PH#. normally i just get one that fits the screw head at the time. But anyone got any tips on ensuring one uses the correct one for the correct screw?0

Posidrive and Philips. Philips drivers have a tendency to "torque out" resulting in damage to both the tool and the screw. Posidrive screws have a star shaped head rather that the Philips plain cross. Philips drivers should not be used with Posidrive screws.
