My sister in law has just phoned and said she has received this gift,when she watched a blueray dvd the picture was not filling the screen and she is unsure how to alter the picture format,any ideas please.

There could be lots of different reasons.
Is the TV HD ready? Is the player connected via HDMI? Is the film formatted to provide full screen rather than letterbox?Dave. :wave:0 -
