Yes but some 'human being' at your IT dept. programmed your Computers and caused the problem in the beginning. Too much sherry at Argos IT HQ :rotfl:

I used to have the same when I worked for a Blue Chip IT company and workers cut through cables in the street. It was always 'our' fault.

Seriously though. You are the face of the company. You get paid to deal with mistakes and unhappy customers. No excuse for rude customers, but unhappy ones, it was your companies fault in the first place.

LOL!!!! it wasnt that, it was just the fact that they still were coming up as Buy one get one free on the tills, but not the system. So it said we had double the amount we actuallly did!

So glad today is over... no double pay and naggy customers!!!!!

I must admit when I worked in the IT section and customers came on moaning because of faults beyond our control, I felt so frustrated.
Couldn't wait to get home too.

I managed to get the 3 i reserved online fine, paying through the self serve machines in Peterborough - 50p for 3. There were 5 in stock when i went to check online yesterday but thought I'd be nice and leave 2 for somebody else, already have too much chocolate in the house!

From looking at this thread there must have been an awful lot of Chocolate Orange thefts last night, spanning the whole country. You'd have thought that would have warranted a news story, wouldn't you? :rotfl:
