susan42, do you have a template for the little verse on the pots of snow. Would be good to get something the right size to begin with.

Telephoned this evening again and spoke to Steve, deputy manager, and he said the girl is still off sick but she is supposed to be back to work either tomorrow morning or Sunday morning and that they will telephone me then so they can arrange to take payment from my card. He said to give him a call on Monday before 8pm and that hopefully someone will have called me by then to take the payment. However, if that has not happened he knows where the girl lives and he will call round to her house personally to get the other three gold buckets and then he will contact me.
Should I give up?
You'll never believe it but Henry telephoned me this morning at 11:36 and said the buckets had been transferred so he now had all fifteen buckets. I explained three buckets were supposed to be transferred along with the fifteen he had giving a total of eighteen buckets so he started to count them. He then said he had all eighteen buckets and did I still want them. He then said he needed to work out how much p&p would be. He said the eighteen buckets cost £14.22 (79p each) and p&p would be £4.95 giving a total of £19.17 which means the buckets have cost £1.065 each! He said I should have them at the end of the week!
The 3" buckets were advertised as 62p each online so I hope I am getting the correct buckets! Fingers crossed they arrive and are not damaged!0 -

I don't believe it he is just after telephoning again as he said my card was declined. I said I couldn't understand why so he went through the details again and he had taken the expiry date down incorrectly so he said he would try it again. :eek:0 -

I would not accept this level of incompetence if I were you; they have messed you around no end and are now charging you way more than advertised. I would tell them that, because of the inconvenience and the calls you have had to make at the expense of your time and your phone bill you would appreciate a discount or total waiving of your P+P, it is worth a shotGod is good, all the time

Does anyone have a pattern for a simple drawstring bag? I'm hoping to make some small bags from my hessian material but not sure how to make the drawstring bit work. Would I have to line them with a different material and have the string thread thread between the fabrics to make it draw..?:undecided0

Chasing sunshine. Drawstring bags are easy to make. You can have the drawstring on the outer or the inner. i will be doing a tutorial on my blog in the next day or too as i have been making some small drawstring bags recently. If you watch my blog over the next few days i should have done a post on it by then. http://www.scratchycatcrafter.blogspot.com/V 12500 B 8300 N 1900 Oct £51/£1550

Hi
Sorry haven't been on here for a while!
Not sure if this will help anyone but I recently bought some buttons from this website, they were very cheap and the delivery is only £1 for the UK. Also, they have a sale on at the moment so might come in handy for some people! They were really efficient and I got my delivery within 2 days! http://cuddlybuddly.com/ (I'm not a rep for them or anything was just really happy with the service and price and wanted to share the love!!)
My coffee hamper is coming along slowly - I have got my espresso cups, dark chocolate to make the chocolate covered coffee beans but thats about it! I am really struggling for ideasPlus its too cold for my brain to function at the mo!
Keep on comping!
