Ooops I lost my 3UK Pay As You Go Sim

I've just lost ym pay and go sim for Three. I've had the same number for several years on several networks and dont want to lose it. Is there any way I can get a replacement sim and get my number transferred over?

You should be able to, just ring up 3 and inform them the sim card has been lost/stolen and that you would like a replacement sim card. It is on their end that ties a number to a sim card, not the sim card itself.

It might be needed to pay for a reconnection charge.

6.1 As we own the SIM and it remains our property at all times, you must ensure that you keep the SIM safe and secure whilst it is in your possession and you must ensure that you are able to return it to us, if required to do so by us at any time, as set out in these terms. There will be a charge for any replacement SIM (as set out in the Price Guide), unless, of course, it is defective through faulty design or workmanship.

I can't see the price of a new SIM in the Three Price Guide though.

Numbers available on SAYNOTO0870.COM to avoid the 0843 charges are as follows: To call 3 customer services free from a landline, ring 0800 358 6796 (which is sales) and select option 2 to be put through to the main Three menu you get by dialling the 0843 number or 333 from a 3 mobile.

Or use 01442 456050 if you're calling from a mobile phone not on 3 (or 333 if it is a 3 mobile).
