Hi
Wondering if you take out a new or upgrade contract through CPW, can you downgrade tariffs after 9 months?
I gather if you get the contract direct with vodafone you can, just not sure if you did it via CPW?

Not sure, give vodafone (450) a call and ask now you have served 9 months if you can lower your tariff. I believe CPW contracts with vodafone are normal vodafone contracts unlike CPW-02 contracts.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

Yeah you can downgrade after 9 months but only at fiver per month until you reach to lowest amount which is £20 a month. Im currently in the process of doing this and have had no problems, just phone up 191 from your mobileI did my contract via Phones for you btw.

It depends when you purchased the contract. Afaik the option to downgrade is not available on contracts taken out within the last month or so.0
