I opened an account on xmas eve when I ordered.

Then paid by credit card the amount left after the 1/2 deduction sales assistant sorted it then and remaining balance for 8 towels was £12 not the £24 they origionally quoteed he said balance was then cleared.

just recieved my 6 towels, very pleased! just need to get my refund back for the BOGO 1/2 price now, i paid £18 for 6 towels, should have been £13.50, will email them now.thanks again OP.

I received three white towels yesterday. Very scratchy and cheap feeling, but for £3 what can you expect? Still, come in handy for guests who I don't want to stay very long.

Seems some got good ones and some got cheap n nasty ones.
Luckily my white ones were brill, washed up lovely and are quite fluffy. Dry really well!

I collected mine from the depot today. 4 towels - chilli pepper red, slate grey, lime (my favourite!) and purple. Really nice colours and quality seems fine for the price. I've been wanting some new towels for about 3 years!!!! Have emailed a query re the BOGOHP issue via my online account.
