Hi
Does anyone still have the £15 off £25 code which they could pm me
I had emailed Choice on 31 Dec as code wouldn't work when I put it in. They have asked me to contact them to confirm the code but I can't remember it (even though they have it in my email)
Thanks0 -
The link now throws an error message from the site. If I search 'jumbo bath sheets' they only show as £12.

As eklynne says above your post, deal has finished the towels are back to full price you will not find them for £3.00 anymore.0 -
Total Credit Price £3.00
so they're £3 only if you order on credit account
so not worth joining them just for towels lol Plan to save all child benefit from Jan 26th - November 30th

I think they mean that now the only option available is to purchase on an interest free credit account - at least that's what now showing for me, and is the only option available if you put the towels in your basket and click through the checkout process.
Also - although it says IN STOCK....they are all coming up as OOS once you click through now.0 -
I ordered 3 towels over Christmas at £3 each. Choice took the money from my account straightaway. I received the towels today finally! However, the advice note said buy one get one half price and I had been reading this thread as people had got the refund. So, I phoned (thanks to the lady who posted the freephone number) Choice and had the runaround.
The woman at Customer Services asked did it say buy one get 2nd half price on the website. I said no but it states this on my advice note (it's also on my order page online). She was trying to say that the advice note shouldn't have stated this as this was meant for when the price was £12. I wasn't having any of it, lol as I see some people already got refunds so mentioned that it was on my advice note and they should honour it. Ok, not those exact words as I was more diplomatic than that.
She didn't want to deal with it and said she was getting special? Customer Services to ring back. Well, they didn't so I was on the phone again. Thank God it was a free phone number. The guy I spoke to got confused and it took him ages to sort out. I should be getting £1.50 refunded to my debit card for the order I got today. (Have checked bank today and they haven't refunded the money.)
Well, on top of that I mentioned had I known it was buy one get one half price I would have ordered four towels! The guy tried to order another towel for £3 but the computer wouldn't let him as they are back up to £12. So, I put my faith in him and ordered the towel on my debit card for £12 and he tells me that it is on my account that £10.50 should be credited to my debit card once towel arrives.
Now, the £12 looks as if it's already going out of my account (been given order date of Jan 15) but no sign of refund today. If they don't honour the credit that will be one towel going back to them. I'm keeping the others as I needed them but I wouldn't say they were worth the full price of £12. Wonder if it will be March before the towel arrives lol, as they aren't in stock and I see someone else has had March as a delivery date!0 -
I too recieved 8 chocolate towels yesterday , delivery note says bogof 1/2, so phoned on free phone no ,was on 25 mins in all, I was given the run around, and he spoke to manager several times, I told him others have been refunded including my mum!!! and I want my refund he eventually gave in and I paid £12 for 8 towels I recieved on ccard.0
