Louby, did you get the refund the same day as when you phoned? I know in the past if I was expecting a refund back to debit card that it can take a few days to show. (*remembers Tesco fiasco, lol.)

I wasn't so lucky, would not give in at all. Had to push to get credit back for the towels they didn't deliver but charged me for!! Seems its pot luck if you get a refund on the BOG2nd half price!
Happy with towels, lovely and thick!

Recieved my towels today, when estimated delivery was to be on the 13th jan. Carn't complain about the service.

No refund for me on BOGO 1/2 Price. Very politely said that it didn't apply to sale items and wasn't in the offer on screen or the final order page (which, fair enough, is true). Well done to those that got this bonus....but as I said previously, I am more than happy with the towels I received and the price I paid.

I just emailed last night about the BOGO half price thing as I could not be bothered to phone. Just had a reply saying sorry and saying my card has been refunded :j So to those of you who have been refused over the phone I would just drop them an email.

I have just called them using the freephone number and the lady told me she would request the refund for me today for the BOGO 1/2 so well impressed, I did mention that it was also stated on my statement that they were BOGO 1/2 price.

The towels are no longer on offer, also, some people keep mentioning the new members discount. That was up on the 31st December, sorry folks.
