Tesco mobile refund?

Hi all,
I know that when refunding mobile phones through their helpline, Tesco send letters to the customer giving instructions to return the phone to a Tesco store because they have found a fault with the phone but can't repair it.
Has anybody ever received one of these letter?
I am looking for an example of this letter, if anybody has/had one in the past and they have scanned it into their PC I would much apppreciate it if I could download a copy, obviously minus and personal details of yours etc..
The reason im looking is for a university assignment in which I'm supposed to investigate how companies deal with their customers in different forms i.e returns proceedures, customer service, complaints and feedback. Tesco was the obvious choice because of the mixed opinions on how they respond to their customers.
Anybody that can help with this would be much appreciated.
Many thanks and happy xmas.

Wouldn't be better to look at the likes of DSG group who probably get more flak than Tesco? Tesco's core business is via the stores (I think) even if they are selling virtually everything online now days.
Or even better you can try carphonewarehouse eherm and their subsidiaries - now that would be interesting :eek:0
