Too many rads for my boiler ?

Update: Boiler in full ....upstairs bedroom and downstair lounge (strangely, not the lounge rad that is beneath the upstairs bedroom one) came to full temp within a short period of time (mins).

From there ... it's slow going. The next to get warm were upstairs nursery and upstairs bathroom followed by downstairs kitchen. I'm still waiting for other rads to get warm (boiler been on 1 hour so far). I'll write a full list when i have all the info.

ok. Things not going very well today. Boiler been on for a couple of hours now, and all upstairs is fine - downstairs however, i've got 5 rads that aren't on at all.

Rads which came to heat (in order)
1. Upstairs Bedroom ; Downstairs Lounge (not the one under the window) ; Study
2. Nursery ; Upstairs Bathroom
3. Kitchen

Still waiting on Conservatory - downstairs bathroom - dining room - hallway - lounge.

At present, all valves are open. I usually get the most benefit from reducing the temp to each rad instead of the LSV, so i'm going to turn off/down the rads that came up first.

I'm off out (again ... whoowhoo it's xmas). Any better ideas and i'll pick them up in a few hours.

quick update. The rads that were cold are now coming up to temp. I've reduced the temp on 3 rads that came up to temp first. I'm not sure if i've reduced them too much, or whether the other rads will now come up to full temp.

I'll advise in a bit.

Other rads didn't end up getting hot ... one managed warm. I'm working back on the LSVs now.

Think it's safe to say, i'm aswell waiting for the plumber ... making no sense to me how it can be worse now than yesterday.
