    1) don't turn it on.

2)You could try keeping it somewhere dry for a couple of days, i heard a bowl of rice, or wrapped up in a towel over a radiator can help. Basically get the water out.

    3) If it doesn't turn on after 48 hours drying, its KIA.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
  • I dropped mine in the washing up bowl once - I dismantled it and put the components on a towel to dry. Worked fine after a couple of days.

Take out the battery, do not use,

Put in a bowl of rice, for a couple of days, somewhere warm, then put battery back in, and HOPE!

Edit: Don't wrap it in a towl, it will just steam it!

Agreed, don't WRAP in a towel - just place on dry towel and keep moving it around so it never rests on a wet spot on the towel. Or you could place on a drying rack (like you would cakes) and allow air to circulate.
