Does anyone know if a Channel Island resident is able to transfer an ISA. I am from the UK mainland and have had an Abbey mini cash ISA for a few years and want to transfer to a different ISA. I cannot find if I am allowed to do this.
Anyone have any experience in this please?

What benefit does holding an ISA in the UK have for a Channel Island resident?0

An ISA only provides exemption from UK tax. Assuming you are resident in the Channel Islands for tax purposes, you will still be paying tax on your ISA and should be declaring it to the relevant authorities.0
