HDNL - The WORST delivery service I have EVER received

I never did go to see Avatar, got a chinese instead and stayed in.

Delivery turned up at 8-30pm. Driver said his delivery had been a nightmare due to the snow and ice.

He stated he normally finished his round about that time but still had another 21 deliveries to do!!

I take my hat off to him, wished each other a merry christmas.

My only experience of HDNL has been a good one :)

its one of those things where its not always fair to slate the company to reflect on its workers , because couriers are so big it only takes one depot even one person to give it a bad name , i know in the north my nearest depot is wrexham and the HDNL driver is spot on , theres the drivers that launch parcels over the fence , but this driver really gives it 100 percent i know id be so much in a mood if i was working 6 till 9 at night , but its just a shame good drivers are losing their jobs because of the idiots

i can totally understand what you mean though ive been sat at home waiting for parcels for days but its always the things u need despiratly lol
