I’m helping some friends prepare for their interview with the OR in early Jan. They’ve been sent a PIQ B and PIQ P - Questionnaires. And they desperately want some help in completing them. Ideally tomorrow - so they can relax over Christmas. How can I get copies of these – my friends live miles away (and if they send me…

Hence my use of the word 'download' and not 'online' ....

Just download them and fill them out offline.

Or go to your local Insolvency Service office and they'll give you a copy of the booklet.

But do check that you are completing the "correct" form - the PIQ - B is not given to the court.
