Copies of PIQ B and PIQ P

script
I’m helping some friends prepare for their interview with the OR in early Jan.
They’ve been sent a PIQ B and PIQ P - Questionnaires.
And they desperately want some help in completing them.
Ideally tomorrow - so they can relax over Christmas.
How can I get copies of these – my friends live miles away (and if they send me copies they’ll be delayed in the Christmas post).
And for some reason I can’t log onto the IS website to get them.
And because of the weather I can’t get to my local OR’s office.
Is there any other way I can get copies of them?

if i am not mistaken are they property information questionnaire ?BSC number 1830

The PIQ stands for - Preliminary Investigation Questionnaire
My friends have two separate ones - B and P.
Which I think must mean Business and Personal.0 -
I don't think they are available online.
The ones online are mostly "statutory" forms. i.e. ones whose format and content have been set down by legislation.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

They are not available to download from the IS website
PIQB - is for bankrupts
PIQP - is for the partnership business
they are similar to a SOA
