Ahhh,
Well - I do like a challenge...0 -
Just a thought whilst I'm searching for these forms.
On the IS website it mentions a PIQ B - which is for people who were made B/R by a creditor.
My friends petitioned themselves.
And were sent a PIQ B.
Is this different to the one mentioned on the IS website?0 -
no its the same one, nearly always used for creditor petitions, but occasionally used for partnerships as well. There is another one they could use a PIQ (DP) for debtors petition, but it isnt very goodHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks Debt,
The good news is I can download the PIQ B.
And the search goes on for the PIQ P ...0 -
I'm still after the very elusive PIQ P - form
And today as the snow has cleared a bit - I was all set to leg it to the OR's office - and of course wish them a happy christmas - and ask for the form.
However, they have today off (and in fairness with the deluge of work they've been doing - they need the break).
So as a last gasp attempt - does anyone know the questions that are asked on the form?0 -

Yes, go onto the Insolvency Service website
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/
On the top bar click Forms.
Then scroll down to "complete these forms online"
And there it is.0 -
NO you mis-understand, I do not want to fill the forms in online, I want to DOWNLOAD the full form for completion off-line and to take with me to the court.
Hence my use of the word 'download' and not 'online' ....Yes, go onto the Insolvency Service website
On the top bar click Forms.
Then scroll down to "complete these forms online"
And there it is.0 -
