If your local Lush shop has its own Facebook page - instead of main Lush Ltd Facebook - they might announce it on there.

Sometimes special offer days are noted on stickers on the Lush Times you pick up in the store. Don't know if its all stores that do this or if Buchanan Street is just a particular good store for this.

I found out cos I got chatting with one of the assistants the other week about Valentine's stuff and he said there was a party on.

Failing this its just a case of phoning your local stores I suppose to ask if there are any promotions on:)

Wow lush customer service are fab!

I contacted them about a 'yummy yummy yummy' shower gel i had bought. It was all runny and gloopy and not the consistency it should have been. So they asked me to send it back to them and they would send me some stuff to cover postage.

Got a big box from them yesterday with 5 items (2 shower gels, 1 bath bomb, olive soap and smitten hand cream). Totalling nearly £20. I love lush, they have definately kept my custom. May just treat myself to some bubblegum lip scrub from there today.

They are particularly good at that imo, sent tham back a moisturiser that had 'split' two weeks ago and within the week they had sent me a replacement and 3 other scrummy products as an apology.:T

PS, I would totally go for the Bubblegum Lip Scrub - its scrummy, especially if you like Snow Fairy smell:j

I don't like the idea of a lip scrubby so I won't be buying the bubblegum one but I wish they did it in a soap or shower gel, it smells so good! It's similar to snow fairy but not the same.

They had a few bags left this morning and still loads of gift boxes. Also got dark angels free for spending over £15 on thursday so they might still have that on too.
