can the other half get a mobile phone
under his name even with a credit rating which may have a few issues at mo. he is currently on 02 simplicity but under my name and i wnat to be rid of my name on contracts. Also i think he would like some options for an iphone type of phone as his current one a n95 i believe is playing up. thanks

I don't think I have a great credit rating due to not being on the electoral role (I applied online and instore for a mobile contract including a phone and was told no). However I went into phones4u and got a 30contract sim just fine, and they said after 3 months if I like I can upgrade to a contract including a mobile phone, and they won't do another credit check.
