Warning: Orange Contract
Options
Hi,
Just a little warning for all those who have an Orange contract phone. They have now started charging £1.50 for itemising your bill, which they have, until now, done for free. However, this is automatic and you will need to opt-out if you don't wish to pay. I think they're banking on people not noticing. This seems like just another way to bump up their over-inflated prices.

They also sent through a letter today which looks like the standard dull mailing, which you usually ditch without reading.
But it's all to do with Orange Care promotion, eg insurance for your phone. It was free and now - guess what - they're going to charge, £5 a month. The sneaky bit is where they say ' to continue enjoying the benefits of Orange Care you don't have to do a thing - it will be automatically renewed.' If you don't want to pay an extra £5 a month you have to contact them to let them know. I think this is just a taaad sneaky...0 -
