Shh don't tell anyone but I welled up quite a few times. :o I did at the occasion above, also when Epinine dies in Marius' arms and also when valjean dies. But I loved the innkeeper and his wife very comical.

    Good evening everyone:)

I'm a bit late posting but happy birthday to MFD's dss and to Caz's son (lewis?) who is 8 today, I hope they have both had a great day.

Em - sorry your meal out didn't go too well, hopefully it was a one off and next time you go out he will be a little angel:)

Has been a stressful day today, I am going to take Kai back to the docs if he is the same tomorrow as today. He has been cryin and upset and grumpy and slobbering all day, I was thinking he was just teething but on hindsight I am pretty sure this is exactly how he was when he got diagnosed with tonsilitis, so I think it may have come back again!!!

My friend is coming in the morning, but her little girl is poorly so she may leave her at home with her husband and come on her own. I am also still feeling crappy and run down. Bit miserable here today actually:(

    How is everyone else?
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Hmm... I don't think Rhys has quite mastered the art of typing on a laptop. He was sat on my knee, stretched to reach the keys (I let him type to Grandma on MSN occasionally) and ripped the space bar straight off and threw it on the floor  Mummy wasn't very happy at all but Daddy came to the rescue and made it all better! :o

I ordered an outfit for £18 (so £6), and got two emails, the first a basic acknowledgement, then today I got an update saying the goods were ready for despatch.

Ooh that's sounding positive, although they will like you as at least they're getting £6 out of you. Em, SS and I were cheapskates and picked stuff that we wouldn't be charged for :D

Hmm Tigs, I didn't get an update. Maybe poor Molly has to swim in the nudey buff :rotfl:

Tis OK, Caitlin will be the same :D

Chopsticks - Im having the same problems now with Isla refusing to feed without the shield even though I know she can from one side. Its good to hear she might suddenly just give it up as like you say its a nightmare feeding in public with them.
I always used to feed Caitlin in bed in the morning and each morning I'd try her without the shield but she'd always kick off, then one morning she had a feed with the shields, but hadn't had much, so I left my bra undone and was just cuddling her, so she was against my boob. She started to root around so I stuck my boob in her mouth and she just went for it. Never looked back after that. I took the shields out with me for the next week just in case, but she was latching on fine. So there is hope :D.
  • everyone, sorry been a few days been out and about a lot this week. If you can remember we were given Gaviscon for the reflux it has made not one ounce of difference just make the sick thicker. Been back to docs today and have now been given Ranitidine, however am sat thinking what if it's more of an intolerance should I switch to Soya formula. Has this happened to anyone as am now confused.
    Away to catch up.

Hi annie.. Was LO in discomfort with being sick? We've just taken Rhys off Rantidine (an antiacid.. hence why I was asking if LO is in pain with it) as I'm convinced he doesn't need it (never did, but that's another story!). Domperidone is a more common one to stop reflux, I thought.. *confused* (RIP shrugging smilie! :().
