MM, end of this month, based on when OH can do some of the work (around his weekend's in work), when the carpet fitted can come and when I can have his cot from M&D's house (it needs rescuing from the back of their spare room which is now filled with half of their conservatory and kitchen because of the work they've got going on there) :cool:
