About to go to bed now. Have cooked turkey for tomorrow.
Anyone know if it's ok to leave it out if it's covered, or if I need to put it in the fridge?
Have never cooked Xmas dinner before. We are going to MILs, but I was cooking the turkey as her main oven is broken.
Thanks!0 -

Fitz just wrap it up tight in foil to keep the moisture in and leave it out, if it's completely cooled and fits put it in fridge but not essential0 -

Thanks Sami! Doesn't look like there is much moisture in it anyway lol. Never mind. Off to bed now. Have a good day tomorrow everyone. Hope Santa is good to you all. xxx0 -

I missed that bit! Ok, where she's moved to has incredibly dodgy internet connection, and no mobile connection?
Fitz I was going to say stick it in the fridge if it fits, but if your house is anything like mine, the kitchen is probably colder than the fridge.
I'm off to bed now - i'm sure someone will be up at silly o'clock in the morning.
Hope you all have a lovely day - i'm determined to get on to find out what MFD's pressie is!:beer:0 -

If you have space in the fridge I would put it in... Or if your kitchen is cold it would be ok left out... You just reminded me to get my big chicken out the fridge... It's been defrosting in there a while but it's pretty big, I'm not sure it will be completely done by tomorrow so it can spend the night sitting in the microwave safe from the cats...
Scruffy, I think you should ring her at work too... It's not at all stalkerish...
I need to go hang Aimee's stocking back on the end of her bed but I'm scared of waking her!!!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
