Sorry I'm probably a bit late now Beenie... But the helpline is open until 9pm... I'll explain the way it works... Everyone on the phone line is at home, when you call the number it is set to go to the closest available person to you geographically... It rings their phone for (I think?) 7 rings... If, for some reason they can't get to the telephone, it will then connect you to the next closest person and again, 7 rings... I think the most it will try is 3 people... But that's 21 rings, which can seem an awful long time but it's often worth hanging on

I need a new name, keep seeing Thanks In Advance and going 'what?' :rotfl:
Can I have a rant about my tap? DH was supposed to go to B&Q and pick up a new one (on sale £25) but instead he went and got gas for the shop (for teh calor gas heater like) and then had a cuppa with his brother, who was supposed to be coming up to look at the tap with a spanner (rather than a hammer). But what happened? DH came home with a 10lt water butt thing. Aye, cos that only takes a year to fill the sink with cold water eh? And only 5 months to fill the kettle to get hot water so we don't all get hughey and ralfs after I wash the dishes.
And now I'm in a mood cos I got to drag it upstairs to the bath to fill it up and carry it back down so Princess Poop has clean bottles for the morning.

Sorry, been popping on and off all night. DH is tasked with sorting through the mammoth amount of paperwork in the computer room (hence CTF stuff) whilst I have done dinner, bottles, Holly watching and general tidying.
Holly is lying in her crib, but is full of nonsense tonight and now twice has pretend cried/moaned and been full of excitement when I have gone in ha ha.0 -
