Game are fobbing me off saying the sales of good act applies to the manufacturer and not the retailer. What a load of bobbins! Should I phone the other Game in Aberdeen? I am sick to death of places like this robbing you and scamming you!

Buttons I always ring up before I try and take something back, people usually agree on the phone and then dont when you're in front of them so you've got a name then that you can point fingers at!

*Feigns shock* Bizziebaby have actually sent a review form, for Seths manly pink cup they sent me in October!! They want to know about the packaging though, and I cant remember cos it was so long ago, should I just make something up :o

I meant to ask how everyone's ebaying went yesterday?

I've still got one and a half things to list - one's half done with the photo uploading (slowly.. grrr) right now.

    Holy crap!

Molly's down for a nap, although not yet asleep. She was whinging about something, so I went in to soothe her. She was playing with the binkie. I leaned over to take it from her and put it back in her mouth - she attempted to put it in mine instead.

    Such a smart girl.

Morning All :hello: We're back from the Paediatrician appointment, mixed feelings. Are they trained not to be enthusiastic or something?

First of all, we've now got a referral to the eye specialists because Andrew didn't focus on and follow her face. He was too distracted by the black plug & power cord plugged into the white wall next to him! Doesnt she know anything about babies and colours?

Then, she's not happy with his weight gain (he's now 7lb). For a week, we are to try and increase his milk intake by 10%, which will be difficult as we struggle to get his current feeds down him (100ml EBM a time). If that doesn't work, then I think she's going to force us onto a mix of EBM & formula, which will be annoying as I'm proud of the fact that he's been almost completely breastmilk fed. She wants us to hold off starting weaning until at least after the next 4wkly appointment.

I now have to stop stressing about all this, as it'll affect my milk production too, and remember that we still have a beautiful little boy.

aww tigs, sorry it didnt go as well as you had expected.
with feeding, my thoughts are that you have done fab to have b-fed/ebm so long. if you have to do a mix of both, those weeks of having just the breast milk will have done a huge amount of good. please dont stress too much about it. if it means andrew puts on the weight he should be (all babies are different) then it must be a good thing. doesnt elle give rhys a mixture of feed/milk?

Morning (just) all, *scrap that it took me 20 mins to type one handed!)

Buttons Id expect it to last longer than 2 years too, I hate how shops are carp at dealing with faulty goods

Em you've just reminded me I havent done my bizziebaby review, Id better look at it today. Hope your nan gets sorted too, its awful when they stsrt getting mean with old age.

SS Molly is a clever one!

Isla is now an official person :j And we've just had her weighed, she's now 9lb 6oz so has put 2lb on in 7 weeks. Last night she fed constantly from 8pm to midnight but then lay mumbling for an hour and slept til 6am! Hopefully its the turning point and we can both start getting some sleep.

Hope everyone isnt too snowed in if they need to get anywhere, Im going to stay home and keep warm.

Tigs as the others say, your doing a fantastic job.
