    according to microsoft.

"NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM" This issue can occur if a problem occurred within the Ntfs.sys file. The Ntfs.sys file is the driver file that enables your computer to read and write to NTFS partitions. Damage in the NTFS file system, damaged portions of your hard disk, or damaged SCSI or IDE drivers can also cause this issue. "

"Run chkdsk /r to detect and resolve any file system structural damage"
  • type CHKDSK C: /r
That will run check disk in repair mode that will hopefully repair any issues on the C: drive.
Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.
  • no that dident work wt eles should i try?
  • Best advice would be to get a hard drive caddy and connect it to another computer. If you have another pc you could try putting it straight into there and run a virus scan on the machine.
