The Contract ended 27th of december so on the 12 of december i called and asked for PAC code..and did say had found offer with t mobile where i got another 2 contracts (all lies)
after hard talk i hear 3 representative ; Mr X, as a valued costumer, we will match the offer and give you blackberry bold 9000 on the same tarif as you have been . 19 pounds for 1100 mins or text , 300 mins 3 to 3 and free internet
I pushed for a 12 month contract and asked finally for a confirmation letter sent to me before i opened the phone package.
10 days, no phone and after many excues i called three this time for a proper PAC.
no bold 9000 in stock, so they said 25 quid for blacberry 9700.
i declined and declined, then finally they agreed for 19, quid, for all the above and for the 9700 phone and out of the blue they said, due to christmas, you get 2400 minutes free monthly to landline numbers!!!
huh , i cant believe it, but the phone came today with the confirmation letter inside , so bingo!
